What is GIG?
GIG is a platform that allows users to earn in-app points, called "GIG Points," by completing various quests or “gigs.” These GIG Points can be redeemed for rewards such as free data or airtime load from Smart and other perks offered by partners.
What do I do when I sign up?
By signing up for GIG, you can:
- Earn GIG Points by completing easy and engaging quests.
- Redeem GIG Points for valuable rewards like free gigabytes or airtime.
- Participate in a wide variety of quests, including social, gaming, and educational activities.
How do I sign up?
- Ensure you have a Smart telecom SIM card.
- Visit the GIG website gigrewards.ph and click on the "Sign Up" button. Enter your mobile number.
- You will receive an SMS with a verification code. Enter this code to verify your number.
Who can sign up for GIG?
Anyone with a telco SIM card can sign up for GIG. However, full access to all quests and rewards is currently limited to Smart subscribers. Other users can still create an account and view available quests and rewards.
Why can’t I access all the quests?
Full access to quests is available to Smart subscribers. If you are using a non-Smart SIM, you may only access limited quests and rewards. Consider switching to a Smart SIM for full benefits!

How do I complete quests?
- After logging in, the home page will show you a list of quests that you can already complete.
- Select a quest that interests you.
- Follow the steps to complete the quest.
- Once completed, GIG Points will be credited to your account.
Is there a limit to how many GIG points I can earn?
No specific limit. The more quests you complete, the more GIG Points you earn.
Can I transfer my GIG points to another user?
No, GIG Points cannot be transferred to other users.

How do I redeem rewards?
- Log in and view your current crown balance on your profile.
- Visit the “Rewards” section to see available items.
- Select a reward and click “Claim Now.”
- Follow the instructions to complete redemption.
Is there a limit to how many GIG points I can earn?
No specific limit. The more quests you complete, the more GIG Points you earn.
Can I transfer my GIG points to another user?
No, GIG Points cannot be transferred to other users.
